Shipping & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience, from ordering to receiving their product. As such, we have established the following Shipping & Exchange Policy for domestic Indian orders:

Shipping Policy:

  • Free Standard Shipping: All domestic Indian orders are eligible for free standard shipping. Standard shipping usually takes between 1 to 12 days for delivery, depending on the distance between your location and our Rourkela warehouse.
  • Air Transport: Customers who require faster delivery can opt for air transport at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange air transport and payment for this service.
  • Shipping Timeframe: We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed on a working day, Monday to Saturday. Please note that orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Tracking ID: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID. You can use this tracking ID to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Exchange & Return Policy:

  • Exchange and Return Policy: We do not accept requests for exchange or return of electric bicycles or conversion kits. However, if you have an issue with your product, please contact our service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not currently ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
